Returns

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Certain products, such as custom or special order items, may not be eligible for return. Please contact our customer service for clarification.

Return Process

Provide your order number and reason for the return.
Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send the product back.
Items must be shipped back within 15 days of receiving the RMA.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
