Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds or return approvals may be issued for:

• incorrect product shipped
• verified manufacturing defects
• severe transit damage
• supplier stock unavailability
• approved order cancellation before dispatch

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not apply for:

• customer misuse
• change of mind after shipment
• damage caused during assembly
• unauthorized modifications
• wear and tear after use

Refund Processing Time

Once the returned item or cancellation is approved, refunds are generally processed within 3–7 business days.
